The cocktail menu at Ku De Ta is one of the most amazing to be found in Bali. From the Kuve Margarita served with a scoop of fresh lemon sorbet, to the KDT Bloody Mary garnished with roasted tomatoes, each creation is mixed with flair and an attention to detail.
The kitchen is headed up by executive chef, Philip Davenport, the place is bursting with traditional treats and the cocktails are mixed well. This joint, set right on the beachfront in Seminyak, has been voted one of the top nine bars.
